Responsibilities

  • work closely with L1/L2 support for applications across different functional teams.
  • manage a small team for root cause analysis and troubleshoot any L3 ticket queries from complex systems on availability of applications.
  • provide appropriate technical documentation of technical issues for knowledge transfer.
  • conduct in-depth study of the current systems and provide recommendation for upgrade and implementation of new-built systems to system owner teams and development teams for any necessary change requests escalations.
  • perform configuration, plan for applications implementation, deployment schedules, and configuration with in-house development team, QA, and DevOps teams (both regional and local), and PaaS vendor.
