**Loyalty program**:

- Implementation of the loyalty program. Animate, manage and follow the loyalty strategy
- Analyse and follow the recruitment levers on the different activities to define adapted action plans
- Follow the customer life cycle and implement the action plan for each customer segment
- Analyse the contribution and profitability of each customer segment / Earn and burn evolution

**Customer Data base**: Define and implement the vision for the development of the customer base and the organization of "key" customer data for the implementation of the digital and CRM performance strategy across all business lines.

Organize data collection sources, collect and make data reliable.
- Set up the evaluation of the performance of the customer journey and the customer experience

Plan and implement (parameterization, targeting) the multi-channel marketing campaigns planned in the commercial action plan in a personalized manner (targets, object, content). Set up campaign management tools

Measure and analyse the results obtained on the offers and marketing campaigns (customer return, financial profitability of the operation, and customer loyalty)

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Prefer at least 5 years of existing customer marketing experience, ideally with Direct to Consumer websites
- Speak English fluently. Arabic is a plus

**Job Specific Skills**:

- Experience working with internal and external partners for increasing lifetime value of customers
- Strong understanding of analytical issues and a great ability to identify and make the link between "data" and "business"- Participated in the creation of a Customer Marketing relationship program
- Proven track record of growing and analyzing CRM/retention programs
- Strong foundation in cross-sell/upsell strategies
- Conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) experience a plus
- Deep understanding of best in class loyalty programs
- Mastery of Excel, knowledge of online tracking and campaign management tools would be a plus.
