- Creating full scope asset excellence solutions for Enterprise Accounts while also coordinating and supporting globally related account strategy development
- Creating and driving strategies that position Industrial Solutions as the provider of choice or partner to achieve value as defined in partnership with Industrial Solutions and the end user
- Building the Enterprise Vision with the accounts to support the sales team to meet orders goals for the region and by market segment
- Developing strong CXO (Chief Experience Office) and open doors to the CXO economic decision makers
- Being responsible for enterprise level agreements, ensuring partnership with global and regional functions for pricing, cyber security network and associated terms and conditions
- Partnering with the account managers to influence all suppliers including, but not limited to EPCs, MACs, and OEMs through early engagement with project teams for the sale of products, services, and total system solutions
- Providing coaching and technical support to the Region Managers and Sales Managers
- Providing guidance and support throughout selling process to Sales and Commercial Operations from prospecting to closure
- Coordinating with sales force to make customer calls and presentations and participate in bid meetings with the customer as necessary
- Assessing competitive system performance and hardware evaluation throughout the entire bid process
- Supporting regional Sales Managers in responding to various technical questions regarding products and systems solutions when necessary
- Collaborating closely with OTR (order to remittance) teams to ensure the deliverables are met and to resolve customers challenges
