**Key Accountabilities**:

- Create and maintain various documents and records as required.
- Issue of memos and circulars as necessary.
- To key all records ( MR, Receipts, and Stock adjustment ) into the SAP System
- To maintain a proper inventory record in the computer and co-ordinate with Account / HR and other Departments on matters related to the department function and departmental employees.
- Provide administrative support to various stake holders in the department.
- To maintain proper filling of all documents ( Material purchase and Certificates, Etc. )
- To monitor the stationery and document (Gate pass, MRN, GRS, GRN, Etc. )
- Coordination with other departments on administrative or commercial matters or as instructed by supervisors.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
