Job Description:
This position is responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the accomplishment of organizational goals.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Processing: Process customer service work orders, including new subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and promptly processed.

Customer Support: Provide support to customers and clients regarding service inquiries, technical issues, and general assistance. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space, including meeting rooms and common areas.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment, if required.

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Accurately enter data into computer systems and maintain databases.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: From QAR1.00 per month
