Shipping Supervisor

**SHIPPING SUPERVISOR**
(Logistics and Offshore Background)

To provide efficient shipping/ handling and co-ordination with shipping executives for off shore vessels requirement, Oversee all offshore department Matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Operational duties related to Shipping Services.
2. Facilitate shore reps of various off
- shore companies and look after their requirements
3. Liase with P.R.O Supervisor well in advance with regards to crew change schedules / Vessel clearances / Notification to authorities etc..
4. Maintain KPIs / statistics / GAC agents Data base correctly and provide monthly statistics’ repot to HQ
5. Ensure to Supervise (& if required) arrange Hotels / transport / other requirements for off shore projects in liaison with the operations executives / assistants
6. Co-ordinate with Shipping Executives & assign new jobs to be handled.
7. Overlook on other Executives work procedures & ensure that quality objectives are complied with & professional service rendered at all times as per the GAC code of ethics.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Any Nationality with bachelors' degree and equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in the same field or similar
- With logistics and Offshore experience
- GCC experience would be an added advantage
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
- Will be able to join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
