***Job Description**:**Based in Doha and reporting to the Regional Sales Director - North Gulf, the sales resource is part of the growth strategy for the Middle East to drive growth and increase market share in a given region. This includes**:

- Help to develop and execute video sales growth strategy for the countries assigned.
- Manage our network of channel partners, system integrators, and dealers.
- Generate opportunities through specification prescriptions with End-users & consultants
- Prospecting and developing a strong End User demand.
- Developing new and managing existing distributors, channel partners, and VAR (value-added resellers) to drive business growth.
- Responsible for the video products and solution top-line of countries assigned.

**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for Pelco business in the assigned region - North Gulf (primarily Qatar & East Med countries)
- Establish a good relationship with the existing client base - End Users, Consultants & System Integrators
- Orchestrate all the activities related to channel development including setting strategies, goals, processes, guidelines, and metrics.
- Proposing and implementing suggested improvement to the channel partner program
- Monitoring the health and productivity of channel base
- Maintain customer relationships and Develop new Partners/customers
- Manage forecasts and achieve Sales Targets.
- Uncover customer needs, respond to RFI, RFQ, prepare quotes, and write proposals.
- Specify the Products with Consultants and End users
- Monitor and report satisfaction levels from end-users, integrators, consultants.
- Coordinate customer, integrator, and consultant training and Product updates.
- Assist Marketing with regional initiatives like Exhibitions, Presentations, Product Launch, etc.
- Preparing Sales reports for periodic review
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Improve customer satisfaction

***Basic Requirements**:

- Strong channel management skills.
- Proven track record with video and integrated security solutions sales.
- Confident with articulating technical concepts in IP.
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
- Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tenacious work attitude.
- Should be a team player.
- Effective negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
- Highly innovative and proactive.
- Should be able to handle varied tasks.
- Local driving license and willing to travel on a frequent basis.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- At least 5-10 years of working experience in the Video Surveillance industry in Qatar, in a sales capacity.
- Degree and/or equivalent in engineering, sales, and marketing or related field.
