Reception Manager

Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Minimum 5 years receptionist experience, 2 Years of his experience should be at least in Managerial level.
- Previous hotel experience and gulf experience are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Should be customer service driven and will be able to handle difficult situations.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Able to multi-task.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Flexible and ready to work extra time when needed.
**Salary**: From QAR3,000.00 per month
