With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Operations Compliance Team** in **Doha **as a **Lead Cargo Network Compliance Officer.**

The role will be responsible to monitor and enhance Qatar Airways Cargo compliance and ensuring compliance is always maintained within the Cargo network including staff, stakeholders and suppliers, and resolve queries related to performance monitoring. This role is primarily focused on Security Compliance.

Some of the tasks include:

- Provide leadership in handling day to day cargo compliance related issues in the network. Supervise Qatar Airways Cargo Service, Safety, Security or Quality team in order to ensure that the service levels are met as per the recommended guidelines.
- Monitor and control the required quality, safety, security and service standards implementation through entire network for safe cargo operations.
- Plan and conduct compliance audits, investigations and risk assessments to identify hazards/threats, measure the process, report results, and ensure root causes are identified and corrective/preventive actions are put in place to regain compliance with the relevant standards and ensure continuous improvement in coordination with station or stakeholders, as applicable.
- Create procedures and alerts to raise awareness on safety, quality and security.
- Plan and implement promotional activities under safety, security and compliance scope to facilitate development of a positive compliance culture within the cargo organization.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1year in a supervisory capacity in conducting audit and investigation.
- Good knowledge of safety, security and compliance preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem
- solving skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
