We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Operations Team as a Cargo Network Compliance Officer in our office in Doha.

The role will be responsible to monitor and enhance Qatar Airways compliance within cargo network including stakeholders and suppliers and resolve queries related to performance monitoring. Identify network performance issues related to safety, security and compliance, and work with the stations towards resolving the issues to achieve the organizational goals.

Some of the tasks include:

- Ensure occurrences and non-conformance/irregularities database is evaluated and updated on a daily basis and notification sent to the concerned stations for investigation.
- Conduct or support the risk assessments, investigations and verify non-conformance reported, preparing periodical non-conformance reports.
- Monitoring and control the required quality, safety, security and/or service standards implementation through entire network safe cargo operations.
- Monitor Qatar Airways Cargo performance in order to ensure that the service levels or pre-defined standards or safety performance indicators are met as per the recommended guidelines.
- Develop promotional material and campaigns for cargo safety, security and compliance to raise network awareness on best practices and improve operational performance.
- Regularly evaluate the network station performance and ensure the CAR/trends are sent to the stations and effectively manage closure of open non-conformances.

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of job
- related experience preferably within the airline/ cargo industry.
- Good knowledge of aviation cargo/ground handling
- Experience in conducting investigation, safety promotion, inspection and risk assessment
- Proven experience in creating reports
- Safety management training/certification
- Strong command of the English language
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
