Key Responsibilities:
**1. Receptionist and Administrative Support Duties**:

- Welcome visitors to the office and manage the reception area.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments as necessary.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding the company’s services and products.
- Follow up with customers to record their issues and gather feedback to share with management to improve service quality.

**3. Tele-Sales**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases with sales activity and client information.
- Provide detailed product/service information to clients and answer any questions they may have.
