**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and execute initiatives that promote employee involvement, motivation, and satisfaction. This includes organizing team-building activities, recognition programs.
2. Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on various workplace issues. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
3.Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
4.Develop and implement effective communication strategies to foster transparency and open dialogue within the organization. This includes creating and delivering internal communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
6.Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
7.Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee engagement and relations.
8.Must be capable to design the framework of coaching.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in employee engagement, employee relations, or a similar role.
3.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
6.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
