**Job Overview**:
One of our esteemed clients, a global technology leader, is on the lookout for talented individuals to join their dynamic team for an **immediate appointment**. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Assistant to join our team at the Head Office. In this role, you will assist with various commercial and financial tasks, helping ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update Statement of Accounts for ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding payments.
- Provide booking details to the Accounts team and update the collection file on the server.
- Collaborate with the AR/Accounts team to adjust receivables, advances, retention amounts, etc., in the system.
- Maintain and update the Bank Guarantee Register and other project securities.
- Generate monthly performance reports for Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, supporting commercial project management.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, aiding the financial planning of the organization.
- Support commercial matters to help achieve business targets and optimize financial operations.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong skills in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and report analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members across different sites and departments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
