Position: Sales and Business Support Officer
Reporting Manager: Business Head, ME
Location: Doha, Qatar.
Education: Minimum qualification: Graduation degree, with business administration / sales / professional certification / diploma courses.
Experience: 10 years with relevant experiences of ME countries in similar industries.
Job Details
Support sales functions and business operations for all business lines of ME.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhering to company Safety, code of conducts and all policies
- Carry out Sales operations - quotation process as applicable for each business lines, coordination with sales team, concerned stakeholders in other entities, customer, invoice / despatch documentation, logistics coordination,
- AR follow up, keeping AR within target level and maintaining record.
- Carry out purchase function support - obtaining quotations, preparing comparison, support in negotiation along with finance team and other stake holders as appropriate.
- Vendor and other payment management and it’s record in sync with finance team.
- Carry out inventory management for all business lines as applicable, maintain target levels and compliances and records.
- Support business operational requirements and compliment other team members as when required.
- Prepare periodic reports as per requirement of business.
Desired Profile
- Good academic results at higher education level, must be from reputed and Government authorised institute.
- Working experience in ME region (with current location in Qatar would preferred) in construction chemical, tunnelling & mining industries for minimum three years out of total working experience.
- English and Hindi language proficiency
- Arabic language knowledge would be added advantage.
- Must be fully conversant with local norms and rules
