Job Description
The Director of Sales role at IHG Hotels & Resorts is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the luxury hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
As the Director of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives.
  2. Maintaining relationships with key clients and accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.
  3. Procuring new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, and professional associations within local, domestic, and international markets.
  4. Assisting in the production of the annual Revenue Plan, working closely with Executive Committee members, Sales, and Marketing budgets and forecasts.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales management, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and flexibility to travel as needed are essential for this role.
