Qatar Territory Sales Lead

- Business Development: Develop and implement plans to drive and grow profitable businesses such as MRO, parts, displacement, service business, and improve revenue and returns from the existing solid installed base.
- Relationship Building: Establish and develop high-level relationships with key leaders at all functional levels with all key end-users in Qatar.
- Territory Performance: Meet or exceed territory financial objectives (budget, monthly booking forecast, etc.) as required in support of the Isolation Valves Territory business plan.
- Sales and Site Plans: Develop and implement sales and site plan strategies for key installed bases in Qatar.
- Solution Selling: Drive solution selling for critical applications and solve customer pain points through site visits and surveys, analyzing and developing plans to drive suitable displacement solutions to end-users through RCA reports.
- Marketing and Intelligence: Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, business growth intelligence, and marketing plans.
- MEA ISV Strategic Plans: Drive and implement MEA ISV strategic plans like Ball/Gate valves conversion to TOV.
- Project Pursuit: Take a proactive role in coordinating with the Global Project Pursuit Team and World Area Sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue projects to achieve order conversion and improve the potential for Isolation Valves Business Unit and all Emerson Automation Solutions products and services.
- Vendor Management: Aim for end-user approval for the manufacturing location and the brands with key end-users and qualify for project-specific and approved vendor lists.
