Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at ALI BIN ALI. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  2. Provide direct supervision to Truck Helpers / delivery assistants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with new recruits to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  4. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their demands.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of Trade Assets in our database.
  6. Deliver comprehensive competition activity reports, highlighting market trends and opportunities.
  7. Report on new store openings and provide feedback on distribution and customer issues.
  8. Implement new product introductions, promotions, and projects within assigned territories.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma in sales, business, or a relevant field.
  2. 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar capacity within FMCG / beverages / snacks industry is essential.
  3. Medium Qatari Driving license is mandatory.
  4. Bilingualism is an advantage.
