Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at ALI BIN ALI. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide direct supervision to Truck Helpers / delivery assistants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with new recruits to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their demands.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Trade Assets in our database.
- Deliver comprehensive competition activity reports, highlighting market trends and opportunities.
- Report on new store openings and provide feedback on distribution and customer issues.
- Implement new product introductions, promotions, and projects within assigned territories.
- Minimum Diploma in sales, business, or a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar capacity within FMCG / beverages / snacks industry is essential.
- Medium Qatari Driving license is mandatory.
- Bilingualism is an advantage.
