Job Overview:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Managing Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if necessary.
  • Mail and Courier Services: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Administrative Tasks
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and manage schedules.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
  • Procurement: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Correspondence: Draft emails, letters, and other official communications.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments for smooth communication and task flow.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including attendance logs and vendor details.
  • Expense Tracking: Assist in managing budgets and processing invoices.
  • Event Support: Help organize company events, meetings, or training sessions.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist HR in onboarding new employees (e.g., setting up workspaces, providing access cards).
