Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our watch products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, and ensure that stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, and that products are displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the watch industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly and engaging personality, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
