About the Role

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in chartering and oil and gas sectors to drive business growth and development.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience in offshore chartering or oil and gas sector, preferably in a similar role, to lead our business development efforts in the region.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve long-term organizational goals by identifying suitable opportunities in the Middle East and international markets.
  • As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with other staff members on market and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
  3. Collaborate with the commercial team to review and finalize bid costs, spot and term bids, and coordinate with GCC Commercial teams
  4. Provide market intelligence and analysis to support business decisions
  5. Attend conferences and trade shows as approved by Corporate
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing or Chartering or Marine Engineering
  • Business fluent English; Arabic Essential
  • Proven experience in offshore chartering or oil and gas sector, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
