Job Description:

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the automotive tyre industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales of automotive tyres and batteries;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth;
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company;
  • Implement effective marketing and promotional plans to achieve sales objectives;
  • Conduct market analysis to strengthen customer database and forecast sales opportunities;
  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries and maximize conversion rates;
  • Manage sales transactions and ensure compliance with cash and credit norms;
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management;
  • Collaborate with the sales coordinator to ensure smooth operations;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Perform other assignments as instructed by direct supervisors/management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of related experience in Qatar or GCC;
  • Male candidates are preferable;
  • Age below 42 years old;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Market knowledge;
  • Similar product knowledge (automotive tyres and batteries);
  • Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
