Job Description:

This role involves selling products, services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area and managing complex sales processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Selling product(s), services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
  2. Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  3. Managing complex sales processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders both with clients and Baker Hughes.
  4. Meeting assigned sales, commercial, and personal development goals.
  5. Handling diverse clients in your area/region of responsibility.
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids.
  • An additional 3 years of Sales experience.
  • Experience in building tenders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner.
  • The ability to set and execute sales and growth strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
