We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial strategy in the region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and delivering on key performance indicators.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a positive culture to drive high-performance among your team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver on key KPIs, including revenue, sales productivity, EBITDA, and portfolio health metrics.
  • Build strategic relationships with industry leaders and influencers up to C-Level, including regulators and governing bodies.
  • Be an inspirational leader who attracts, develops, and retains top talent within the commercial team.
Requirements
  • MBA degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing a team at least 2 layers deep.
  • Native/fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven sales track record in B2B SaaS/Subscription.
