About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at iHorizons. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction by developing and implementing strategic plans and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Service Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address any issues that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent.
- Previous Work Experience: 3-5 years of account management/sales experience in the IT services domain.
- Technical Competence: Strong understanding of software, hardware, networks, and technical skills required to provide high-quality support to clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
