Sales Strategy Lead

Antal is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Trade Development team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving business growth and market expansion.
- Developing and executing Channel & Customer Plans.
- Negotiating with customers to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Aligning category agendas with channel strategies.
- Maintaining shelf planograms.
- Monitoring competitor activities and recommending improvements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the consumer products market.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing external service providers, developing sales teams, and driving channel improvement initiatives.
