About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reception and Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients to the relevant office or waiting area.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, taking clear messages and delivering them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate directories and contacts, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Process and update staff records, including maintaining the database and diary.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the reception area.
  • Monitor office supplies and prepare requisitions for replenishment.
