Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Account Partnership Specialist to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing and growing restaurant partnerships on our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Partnerships: Manage and grow restaurant partnerships to drive revenue growth and improve internal processes.
  • Provide Strategic Support: Act as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic support to ensure seamless partner experiences.
  • Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Monitor and optimize key performance metrics to drive success for both partners and the platform.
  • Update CRM Data: Maintain and update data in our company's CRM system to ensure accurate insights and informed decision-making.
  • Drive Engagement: Drive participation in promotions, campaigns, and exclusive initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to improve restaurant branding on the platform and enhance overall user experience.
  • Grow Revenue: Ensure revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Discover New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and initiatives to expand partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Share Insights: Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

About You:

  • Effective Communication: Possess effective communication and presentation skills to engage with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrate strong relationship building skills to establish trust and rapport with partners.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with strong analytical skills and experience in the food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce industry being a plus.
