Executive Office Coordinator

PPL Dynamics is currently seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to C-suite level executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including MS Office software.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator, preferably in an Academy, University, or Travel agency setting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree, additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are highly desirable.
- Nationality: Filipino (Female).
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
