Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or agent in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance with any needs they may have.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain the reception area, including organizing files, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the space tidy.
  • Provide information to clients about available properties and services, using your knowledge of our company's offerings to make informed recommendations.

  • Able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
