About the Role

The HR Administrator will be responsible for ensuring effective confidential reporting and record keeping within the Employee Relations section.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage documentation related to employee relations, including working conditions, performance management and disciplinary actions.

  2. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to section heads and supervisors.

  3. Conduct meetings with employees and document conversations for investigation purposes.

  4. Draft investigation reports and make recommendations for action.

  5. Implement the outcomes of investigation reports, including issuing warnings.

  6. Collaborate with the Medical department on employee cases requiring medical attention.

Case Management and Reporting
  1. Produce statistical reports and warnings as needed.

  2. Manage the ER case database on SharePoint.

Employee Support
  1. Foster communication between employees, managers and the HR team.

  2. Provide support to employees and their families in times of need.
