Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at PPL Dynamics. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meetings and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate meetings, travel schedules, and itineraries for employees and visitors.
  • Clerical Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sort and distribute documents, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
  • Office Operations: Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory; ensure timely maintenance and repairs of office machinery.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma in a related field, such as business administration or secretarial studies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
