Revenue Growth Strategist

As a senior sales leadership role, you will be responsible for directing and managing all group, transient, and sales activities to maximize revenue for the area hotels within your scope of responsibility. This includes preparing and implementing the strategic sales plan, compiling data for monthly/annual SMART goals, and overseeing departmental matters including employment laws and policies.
You will also lead sales presentations, client meetings, and manage advertising, public relations, and promotional activities with the corporate marketing team. Additionally, you will supervise and administer all activities of the Sales and Revenue Departments, develop market awareness, and meet or exceed established goals.
