Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of hotel sales operations, including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, and reservation management.
  • Liaising with Executive Committee members to produce the annual Revenue Plan, as well as assisting in its implementation and monitoring.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies is essential.
