About This RoleThis is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
They will greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, and perform general office duties.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus.
