Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This includes:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Handling sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Providing regular updates and reports using Excel to track sales performance and financial data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues efficiently.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT retail sales, preferably managing accounts end-to-end.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Product knowledge in IT would be an advantage.
