About the Job

This role is responsible for assisting in identifying, selecting, and interviewing candidates. Additionally, it involves supporting the administrative aspects of the new hire process, including pre-boarding and onboarding employees, managing contracts, and updating ERP systems.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working in similar HR roles, a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR policies and regulations, and an enthusiastic and collaborative team player mindset.
