Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to our teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Accounting Support:
    • Prepare and deliver invoices to clients
    • Remind clients of upcoming payment deadlines
    • Follow up on overdue payments
    • Collect payments
  • Government Liaison:
    • Support with PRO-related tasks
  • Database Management:
    • Update and manage company databases
  • HR Support:
    • Manage employee vacation and sick leave schedules

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support with production management tasks
  • Compile monthly media reports
  • Manage event invitations and follow-ups
