About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with other departments using telecommunications devices to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues.

You will also be tasked with putting rooms needing maintenance out of order, as well as coordinating and scheduling with other departments in the event of major system shut downs or repairs. Additionally, you will maintain purchase orders logs and file purchase orders upon payment, ensuring that orders match packing slips.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will need to follow company policies and procedures, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete safety training and certifications, and properly store flammable materials.

In this position, you will also be expected to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests according to Marriott International standards.
