- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth in the Qatari market.
- Drive and manage Small and Medium Business accounts in Qatar, focusing on increasing sales revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels, including senior executives.
- Identify and recruit new partners to expand our customer base.
- Liaise with vendor SMB teams and partner sales teams to effectively manage and close active deals.
- Achieve or exceed assigned quotas for the Cisco product portfolio.
- Monitor and maintain credit lines with all partners.
- Provide accurate forecasts of deals and share feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with high quotas.
- Ability to manage credit lines with the internal team and partners.
- Ability to recruit new partners.
- Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Solid understanding of pipeline management.
- Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
