Strategic Revenue Growth Leader

As a Strategic Revenue Growth Leader at AMGH, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability across multiple properties within a designated cluster. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Management, this role involves strategic planning, analysis, and implementation of revenue management practices to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform pricing and inventory management decisions.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to establish revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities across the cluster.
- Provide training and support to property-level revenue management teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular revenue meetings with property managers to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
- Strive to increase employee satisfaction by promoting a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and open communication.
- Ensure all mandatory training is compliant and up-to-date.
- Develop direct reports through ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle from probation reviews to annual performance reviews and development plans.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hotel budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Exercise sound judgment and integrity in financial decision-making to minimize risk and ensure confidentiality of protected information.
- Demonstrate fiscal competence in budgeting, forecasting, and payroll management.
- Work collaboratively with hotel leaders to achieve financial goals and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a cluster environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Highly capable user of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to travel 25% of the time.
