About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Wqtah. As a key member of our business development and partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing partnerships, and enhancing product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticketing and Booking Solutions:
    • Drive adoption of Wqtah's ticketing and booking solutions among local businesses, leveraging data-driven insights.
    • Work with the Product & Tech teams to monetize premium features such as promoted listings, premium vendor accounts, and API integrations.
  • Vendor Partnerships:
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with event organizers, venues, entertainment service providers, and F&B establishments.
    • Work closely with the Ticketing Squad to onboard large-scale event organizers and secure exclusive deals for major events.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with performance-based commissions.
    • Collaborate with sales to expand vendor listings and increase platform offerings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within tech, e-commerce, travel, or event ticketing industries.
  • Proven track record of driving B2B and B2C growth through partnerships and strategic initiatives.
