Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager in Qatar to join our team and develop our business in the region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for actively promoting our new international project, expanding and consolidating our presence in Qatar, and maintaining and developing relationships with signed partners to increase their performance. You will also be responsible for maximizing and developing API deals with potential and existing partners, following up with existing and new partners to provide system training, collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory, positioning the brand within the travel trade, controlling payments, and providing market and competitive environment analysis. Additionally, you will be required to provide comprehensive reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience, ideally 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, specialized in account management or business development of B2B travel companies, and excellent knowledge of the country's travel market. You will also need competence in API technology deals, personal skills such as being proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, having an appetite for innovative technology, being comfortable with a fast-changing business environment, and being a team player. Furthermore, you will need an international mindset, ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence, fluency in English, and Arabic and other languages as a plus. Finally, you will be required to have readiness for business trips, with approximately 20-30% of working time spent on market visits.
