The Role

We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to lead, develop, and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve high sales, profits, and a broad customer base in alignment with our business strategy and objectives within the UAE and across our global portfolio of assets.

This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring the sales strategy aligns with our overall strategy. You will communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets successfully.

You will also review marketing plans for DarGlobal and ensure they support sales objectives effectively. Additionally, you will direct and control sales operations to achieve agreed targets and objectives for BTS projects and sales channels.
