About the Role

The Derivatives Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion of the Treasury Sales function. This includes managing new product development, launching new products, and working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead initiatives to develop and launch treasury solutions in FX, Interest Rates, Derivatives, and Investment solutions.
  2. Ensure effective coverage of key treasury relationships with best-in-class services and solutions.
  3. Manage new product development, including end-to-end processes, policy documentation, and stakeholder liaison.
  4. Contribute to the team's foray into online execution brokerage business, covering equities, FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
  5. Align Treasury Sales initiatives with the overall corporate objectives and Treasury and Investments framework.
  6. Formulate and ensure section deliverables meet agreed SLAs, providing timely and accurate analysis/reports to stakeholders.
  7. Drive sales targets, ensuring performance standards are met regarding business targets, controls, compliance, and quality standards.
