**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable, and providing exceptional customer service to our visitors, guests, and clients. They will also be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and queries, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar front office role.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
