Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of relationship managers responsible for our EMEA Financing Solutions business. As a key member of State Street Global Markets, this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

As EMEA Head of Financing Solutions Relationship Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing on the Relationship Management strategy for EMEA, including making strategic changes to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Contributing to financial budgets and driving execution against clearly defined revenue, expense, and Net Interest and Banking Transaction (NIBT) metrics and milestones.
  • Managing an experienced team of client managers, including all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating closely with the sales and client service teams to grow our existing relationships, optimize revenue, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Working towards a revenue target for new-from-existing opportunities to grow client securities lending revenue by expanding the range of Securities Finance (and Global Markets, or State Street, at-large) services.
  • Coordinating across Asset Services and other State Street divisions to execute on strategic Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and pricing decisions.
  • Understanding securities lending market dynamics, anticipating any potential client impact, engaging with, and managing clients accordingly.
