Business Growth and Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth and Development Lead to join PPL Dynamics.
With a minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new opportunities, expanding after-market business initiatives, and collaborating with principals to achieve incremental annual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outdoor sales engineering work for our reputed agencies in the oil and gas industry, focusing on API 610 centrifugal pumps and compressors.
- Tracking greenfield and brownfield projects in Qatar, monitoring EPC project awards, and working closely with EPIC contractors in the Qatar market.
The ideal candidate should have relevant senior sales engineer or managerial experience, preferably with a company setting in EPIC, Sales - Oil & Gas, Shutdown/Building Construction, and Manpower Supply.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience as Sales Engineer/Mid-Level/Oil & Gas Industry/Trading.
- Qatar experience is an added advantage, especially with a Qatar Driving License.
- Bilingual male (preferred).
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
