About the Role
iHorizons is a leading provider of business solutions and technology services in the Arab World. We are looking for a talented Key Account Executive to join our team and lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our client organizations, providing proactive support and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the implementation of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent.
- Previous Work Experience: 3-5 years of account management/sales experience in the IT services domain.
- Technical Competence: Strong understanding of software, hardware, networks, and technical skills required to provide high-quality support to clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
