SOS International LLC (SOSi) is looking for a Reliability Engineer to support an O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Support Service Center Lead and other program supervision with implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program within the O&M contract.
- Increase system/equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Collect, perform statistical analysis, and report on condition monitoring data.
- Co-lead root cause analyses with QA/QC Manager.
- Develop and recommend solutions based on system criticality, LCCA, TOC.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses on critical systems/equipment.
- Assist with Facility Condition Assessments.
- Assist with project designs.
- Close collaboration with O&M and Project staffs.
- Research and draft detailed preventive maintenance procedures.
- Provide RCM training to staff.
- Timely completion and submission of all required documentation and reporting.
- Preparation of job hazard/risk analyses.
- Proper use and wear of task required personal protective equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Daily visits to O&M facilities/systems/equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Active Secret clearance.
- BS Engineering.
- At least 10 years experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations.
- At least 2 years experience providing Reliability Engineer/RCM services to large facilities or operations.
- At least 2 years experience providing O&M services on US contracts overseas.
- Job requires bending, twisting, routinely lifting over 25 lbs, and climbing ladders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 6 sigma certification desired
- Reliability Engineer or RCM certification desired.

**Work Environment**
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
