Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities, networking, and participation in industry events. Convert leads into profitable partnerships through effective negotiation and persuasion.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve common goals.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
